How to use the service
Five small habits that make valet trash a breeze
Know your schedule
Your community's pickup nights are posted in your portal and on signage near common areas.
Bag it right
Use a sturdy, fully tied trash bag — no loose items. Most communities allow up to 2 bags per pickup.
Place it out by 8 PM
Set your bag outside your door during the evening pickup window. Off the walkway, by your doorframe.
Keep recycling separate
If your community supports recycling, place it in a labeled, clear bag or bin beside your trash.
Skip prohibited items
No glass, hazardous waste, or oversized items. Your community has guidance for bulk pickups.
Bring it in by morning
Bring containers/bins back inside by morning so walkways stay tidy for your neighbors.

Severe weather
